🛥 🌊 When I just jump in to the ocean, without thinking about it too much, ask her for permission to receive me with peace and open arms and trust that I’m diving into this unknown world where I’m a little spec, in foreign territory BUT that I’m free to play and explore because I’m protected I get to have so much fun. Like a kid who’s fearless!

I’ve also had other experiences where I felt nauseous, it’s fucked up the entire adventure. When I think back on why that might’ve been, a few things come to mind, I was either overthinking, preparing, hesitating, trying to get it right, waiting to feel ready, etc. At that point I either did it and didn’t have fun cause I was so in my head I made myself sick or I didn’t do it at all.

So here’s how mama ocean grounded/ reconnected me to my truest essence on this trip

She reminded me to keep jumping! Jump because I’m taken care of. Jump because this is the way I will feel more alive (and lord knows I live for those moments). Jump because life is just more fun that way! Jump because the only scary part is that space in between the doing and the thinking. Heres to more jumping and less pondering! So may I be granted with the strength and courage to DO and HAVE all the things I desire in this life.
